The most important goal the client set for our team was to increase sales of HR assessment tests among entrepreneurs. We had to ensure a regular flow of customers from social media.
One of the peculiarities of the project was that we were targeting advertising only to the owners of companies, CEOs and top management of small Ukrainian and Polish companies with up to 30 employees and wich don`t have any HR managers dealing with staff issues.
We have tested various advertisement targets and found out that the client receives the most quality applications exactly from the advertisement we placed on the website. On the page, potential customers got acquainted with the product in detail and left their contacts for future cooperation.
After testing various offers and advertising creatives, we found that environmental triggers work best on static banners. For example, "Do you have your own business? Test your staff...".
