The main task was to find restaurateurs who don`t have the automation system or were dissatisfied with the current solution. Transfer business to the new system of automation is a stress for the manager, so the value of the proposal should be communicated warmly, in a visible form at the first contact with the potential client.
The main target audience was start-up restaurateurs with 1-3 locations. We looked for them through the FB interest sounding strategy (Interest: restaurateurs; sound: CEO, founder, etc.) and the relevant communication strategy. Traffic from the advertisement was sent to the site, and due to the high selection of the target audience we received registrations within the specified KPIs.
