The task was to set up sales during quarantine, because then you could not visit the opticians physically.
In the beginning we faced the problem that Biomed was not a big chain, so the prices there were 20-25% higher. And people who use lenses usually know places where they can buy them cheaper.
We set up classic e-commerce events and targeted by interests on the site. Among the offers we used free delivery all over Ukraine, discounts and promotions.
People who didn't buy the ad were remarketed to the catalog. And those who ordered products were remarketed for a new purchase on a minimum budget.
We worked together for 1.5 months and then handed over the connections we had made and the ads we had fully customized to Biomed's in-house marketer.
