We shifted the focus of our communication from the technology itself to the business results for the client. In our advertising materials, we emphasized not only the advantages of modular construction but also the fact that predictability, a clear process, and speed of project implementation are important to potential clients.
At the same time, we promoted specific, ready-made modular solutions that could already be ordered or customized to meet the client’s needs.
To attract potential clients, we launched ads on Meta that encouraged them to reach out via Direct. The creative content showcased specific modular spaces and facilities that the company could build, and encouraged potential clients to reach out to discuss their projects.
A key overarching message in the communication was positioning Module Design as a full-cycle company—from design and solution development to production, delivery, and installation. This allowed us to showcase to the client not just a single technology or module, but a fully organized turnkey project implementation process.
We also launched a separate advertising campaign to drive traffic to Direct, where we promoted the ready-made Chalet 36 m² solution. Potential clients clicked through to Direct directly from the ad to receive a presentation with floor plans, specifications, and pricing. In this way, the advertising didn’t just generate interest in the product—it prompted specific inquiries and provided users with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
